FINANCING AVAILABLE!
Funding is being made available through the United States Department of Agriculture under the Rural Development’s Business and Industry Guaranteed Loan Program. These loans may be critical for businesses in rural areas. The loan is available broadly to refinance your real estate in amounts from $500,000 to $5,000,000.
Who will qualify?
Only businesses that currently own property or are looking at purchasing property will be considered. Under the rules of the program there are specific areas that will qualify. Most urban areas such as Charlotte, Raleigh and Asheville will be excluded, however many of the surrounding areas and the rural areas of North and South Carolina will be included. Refinancing long term debt can help the critical cash flow that is needed to weather the economic storm.
What is needed from Businesses?
- 3 Years of Business and Individual Tax Returns
- Complete 2008 and Interim 2009 Financial Statements
- A Clear and Professional Business Plan
